We have been using this company for over two decades for almost all of our remodeling needs. Projects completed include windows, siding, and two large bathrooms, which recently underwent complete renovations. Contemporary Remodeling just finished a major kitchen remodel in my home as well as a laundry room, powder room, and all the hardwood floors on my main level. Reynolds and his team were a pleasure to work with. All work was performed on budget and on time (or early). During our almost five-month process, we were constantly informed on each step of the renovation. Contemporary remodeling has a network of suppliers and design services available, and it allowed us to have many choices for our major remodel. Everything from appliances, to finishes, to designing the custom cabinetry and added details with make our home truly ours. Our cost estimates and contracts were clearly spelled out along with the payment scheduled and scope of work. We were able to alter the scope of work as needed to add additional options not covered by the original contract, and we had the flexibility to ask for changes to the previously agreed-upon scope of work as long as they were included in the agreed cost. All subcontractors and trade professionals performed work to standard and were polite, punctual, and supervised by the Contemporary Remodeling team. Additionally, we had no issues with permits; this process was seamless and transparent to us as homeowners. Overall, we could not be happier with the investment we made in our home and the quality of the craftsmanship. We plan to hire Contemporary remodeling for future renovations, both interior and exterior, in the coming years.

This was our first time using Contemporary Remodeling. We had our siding and a raised deck replaced. Reynolds and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was competitive in pricing, had a very high standard of craftsmanship with an on time delivery. His knowledge and experience helped guide us to a great end result. It can be difficult to find a Contractor that you can rely on and trust to do things the correct way. We found this in contemporary Remodeling and would definitely use their services in the future.

Contemporary Remodeling has now done three big jobs for us completing full remodels of our kitchen, master bath, and a condominium. Everyone associated with the work at any level was knowledgeable, courteous, and exceptionally skilled. The owner, Reynolds Grimes, went out of his way to work with us at every step and made sure that our results would be excellent. The condominium remodel was quite complex and required significant interaction with the building engineering staff. Mr. Grimes handled all the details and made sure any issues were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The hallmark here is honesty, they don't over-promise and always do exactly what they say. We got outstanding results and I will always be glad to recommend Contemporary Remodeling and Mr. Grimes.

Reynolds, John, and the crew of Contemporary Remodeling have done an absolute top-notch job on everything they have undertaken for us in our recent home updating. The new windows and doors were installed quickly and problem free, and are definitely making our home more comfortable and attractive. We recently had 31 windows replaced in our home. First, Contemporary Remodeling came with high recommendations as several of our neighbors used them in the past. Second, the project cost was lower than other contractors we had quote the work. Third, the work was completed promptly and on budget and more than met our expectations. The crew from Contemporary was very professional and courteous; completed the work in two days and the cleanup was spotless.

We were new to the area and had just found out that our master bathroom wasn't waterproofed correctly which caused water to leak through to the living room ceiling. We were referred to Reynolds Grimes, the owner of Contemporary Remodeling, by a neighbor in April 2013. Being cautious at first, we wanted to make sure that we were happy with their level of work and service, so we had them repair some drywall and install tile flooring in our laundry room first.
